Kitty has helped us grow from a 1-person, volunteer-run organization to a fully operating organization with three staff members. In the 5 months that she worked with us we expanded and trained our board, built out our operating budget for 2019, built a multi-year development plan, built a new donor database, hired and trained staff, AND raised lots of money!
